1. What this site is

EmeraldScout is an independent editorial publication that reviews online casinos available to players in Ireland. We publish information and opinion.

This site is operated by Emerald Scout Technologies Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 785421, registered office 18 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 WK72, Ireland.

We do not operate gambling services. We do not accept deposits, hold player funds, run games, or process withdrawals. Any gambling account you open is a contract between you and that operator, and their terms — not ours — govern it. We are not a party to it and cannot intervene in it, though we do want to hear about problems (see section 7).

2. Age restriction

This site is intended for persons aged 18 or over. Gambling is strictly prohibited for under-18s in Ireland. If you are under 18, you must not use this site or attempt to open an account with any operator listed on it.

3. Affiliate relationships

We earn commission when a reader opens an account with an operator through links on this site, at no additional cost to the reader. This funds the research behind the site.

As set out in our methodology, commercial arrangements are not an input to our rankings, and we do not sell placement or favourable wording. Links to operators are marked with a call to action and every page carrying them discloses the relationship in the footer.

4. Accuracy and the limits of what we publish

We publish only what we have seen on the operators' Irish-facing sites and we take accuracy seriously, but you should understand the limits:

• Information dates quickly. Bonus offers, terms, payment methods and withdrawal limits change frequently and without notice. Always confirm current details on the operator's own site before depositing.
• What we publish is what was on screen. Offers, payment logos and game listings are recorded from the version of each site served to visitors in Ireland at the time of checking. We do not publish payout times, scores, bonus terms or operator and licence details for the casinos listed, because we have not verified them.
• The running order is editorial opinion. It is produced by a documented process, but it remains a judgement rather than a statement of fact.
• Nothing here is advice. We do not give legal, financial or tax advice. Statements about Irish law or tax treatment are general information and not a substitute for professional advice on your own situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including gambling losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Operators are not licensed in Ireland

The casinos reviewed on this site are international operators licensed outside Ireland; we have not confirmed which jurisdiction licenses each of them and do not state one. None holds a licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland. We state this throughout the site because it materially affects what recourse you have if something goes wrong. 6. Your responsibilities

• Confirming that using a given operator is lawful for you where you live.
• Reading each operator's terms and conditions before depositing.
• Gambling only with money you can afford to lose.
• Not using this site to break the law, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation.

7. Corrections and complaints

If something on this site is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it. If you have had a problem with an operator we recommend — particularly a withheld payout — we want to know. It will not create a legal remedy against us, but it triggers a re-check and can result in that operator being removed from the site.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, design and our review data, belongs to EmeraldScout unless otherwise stated. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without permission. Operator names and logos remain the property of their owners and are used for identification.

9. External links

We link to operators, regulators and support services. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any external site. Links to support organisations are provided as a public service and imply no relationship with them.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent change, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
